MICHAEL ALLEN
President & Founder
Allen Consulting Group was founded by Michael Allen, a retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel with 28 years of experience in global transportation and distribution, logistics, and supply chain management. His career includes advising senior defense leaders, directing enterprise-level modernization of global supply networks, and shaping contested logistics through contingency planning initiatives to strengthen operational performance.

Michael’s expertise provides the foundation for Allen Consulting Group’s capabilities. As the firm grows, he continues to shape its strategic direction while building a team of professionals with diverse skills across logistics, supply chain management, program management, and other mission areas.
