He has operated at the intersection of strategy and execution—designing, stabilizing, and scaling complex operational systems in high-stakes environments. His experience includes advising senior defense leaders, leading large-scale supply chain modernization efforts, and aligning enterprise resources, governance, and execution to improve performance and resilience.
Michael’s work is defined by a focus on execution—translating strategy into outcomes, reducing friction across complex systems, and driving measurable improvements in throughput, decision velocity, and operational effectiveness.
